1. “THE REAL” Contests are open to all rappers, 21 years or older who are legally allowed to participate in such a contest as allowed by their local laws.

2. Participants must submit the required materials for each contest which will register the participant for a chance to win. Participants will be informed if they are the winner of the contest at end date of contest. “THE REAL” Freeway enterprise, Mr. Freeway Ricky Ross and sponsors are not responsible for: incomplete, lost, late, damaged, scrambled or misdirected entries or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic, which may limit a participants ability to participate in the contest.

3. “THE REAL” Freeway Enterprise and Mr. Freeway Ricky Ross and its affiliates, agents, sponsor and employees are not responsible for any damage to computer systems from downloading any information necessary to participate in the Contest. One (1) prize will be awarded. You are eligible only for the Contest presented in your city. Winner is selected from an on-line vote selection and Mr. Freeway Ricky Ross from all eligible on-line and in person entries received by. “THE REAL” Freeway Enterprise, Mr. Freeway Ricky Ross and the contest sponsor.

4. Employees and families of “THE REAL” Freeway enterprise, Mr. Freeway Ricky Ross, sponsor their affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

5. Prizes will be assigned only to those who have been identified as winners.

6. Participants hereby consent to the photographing, recording, or the reproduction in any other manner of participant’s likeness, voice and activities, in whole or in part, including the use of DVD, videotapes and audiotapes. Participants further grant “THE REAL”, Freeway Enterprise. Mr. Freeway Ricky Ross sponsors its agents or assigns, exclusively and perpetually throughout the world and elsewhere, all rights of every kind, whether known or unknown, for unlimited use of such reproductions now and in the future, on “THE REAL” & Freeway Ricky Ross Rapper Search. And that all copyrights of wining talent song remains soul property of winning talent and May only be used for the “THE REAL” & Freeway Ricky Ross Search relevant activities/actions to the search, except by a written agreement signed by each parties.

7. Participants understand that They will receive no monetary compensation for the production of this or for participation in this Internet & television production, nor may Participants make any monetary claim in the future for this participation.

8. Participants agree that the prize being in the form of “featured artist on soundtrack or song on soundtrack” will be the intent of parties offering the prize to fulfill this portion of the prize package to the best of their ability as offered.

9. All entries on-line or personally delivered become the property of “THE REAL”

10. Entering the contest is considered a confirmation of participants understanding of prizes the rules and any local/federal/international laws.

11. All participants hereby release and hold harmless “THE REAL” & Freeway Enterprise its officers, employees, agents, sponsors or assigns from any claims. Participants also understand that “THE REAL” Freeway Enterprise, Mr. Freeway Ricky Ross and sponsors can not over ride or guarantee the arrangements made for the film/movie about Mr. Freeway Ricky Ross life if any and all involved in the production, producing and creating of the film/movie soundtrack deem that the soundtrack feathering spot being offered in “THE REAL” & Freeway Ricky Ross Rapper Search may be cut during finale productions and or before.

12. “THE REAL” Freeway Enterprise and Mr. Freeway Ricky Ross and its affiliates, agents, and employees, and the sponsor and its affiliates, agents, and employees are not responsible for any technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connection or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of entries streaming of the contest.

13. All contest and guarantees are subject to terms and conditions

All Federal, State and Local Laws and regulations apply. “THE REAL” Freeway Enterprise and Mr. Freeway Ricky Ross and its affiliates, agents, and employees, and the contest sponsor and its affiliates, agents, and employees, are not liable for accidents, injuries, loss of property or other acts beyond their reasonable control which result from awarding of contest prizes.

15. To enter, follow instructions published on the registration page of ampstv.com/thereal each entry has an equal chance to win. On-line entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST on the day before last day of the contest month for each city. Only one entry per person per city, per entry opportunity, per city is permitted. Entries received from persons residing in geographic areas in which entry is not permissible or permitted will be disqualified. If less the 20 rappers turn out for competition a one city the prize for that contest in that city will be adjusted for the amount of participants and change the offered $1,000.00 city to city prize. The amount will be determined at that time.

16. Participants will not hold “THE REAL” Freeway Enterprise, Mr. Freeway Ricky Ross and sponsors liable for any such actions of arrangements from parties involved in the soundtrack production for the film/movie. Participants registering in this competition agree that this agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between Freeway Enterprise and Talent for “THE REAL” & Freeway Ricky Ross Rapper Search prize portion (featured artist on soundtrack or song on soundtrack and can be modified do to circumstances imposed by all involved with production, producing, creating of the Freeway Ricky Ross film/movie.

17. “THE REAL” Freeway enterprise, Mr. Freeway Ricky Ross and sponsors reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud destroys the integrity of the contest as determined by “THE REAL” Freeway enterprise and Mr. Freeway Ricky Ross in its sole discretion.

18. Selection of the contest winner is the sole responsibility of the online viewers and Mr. Freeway Ricky Ross. At end of competition run date to be determined as contest closings is set. Employees of “THE REAL” Freeway Enterprise and Mr. Freeway Ricky Ross and any of their affiliated or subsidiary companies or members of their immediate families are not eligible.

19. Any dispute regarding submission of on-line entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. .“THE REAL” Freeway Enterprise, Mr. Freeway Ricky Ross and/or the contest sponsor reserves this right.

20. “THE REAL” Freeway Enterprise and Mr. Freeway Ricky Ross on-line service is no longer available or is compromised by any virus, bugs, or other intervention beyond its control. In any of these events, prizes may be awarded based on electronic entries received prior to date of termination. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. The contest sponsor reserves the right to substitute similar merchandise or prize of equal or greater value in the event a particular merchandise or offered prize is no longer available for contest...
